SWITCH BELT
DON'T YOU JUST WISH YOU HAD A BELT TO MATCH EVERY OUTFIT SUCH AS BLACK SLACKS AND PINK SHIRT? OR PINK SLACKS AND BLACK SHIRT? GOOD NEWS HERE IS A SOLUTION CALLED ......... SWITCH BELTS. INTER-CHANGEABLE BELTS AND BUCKLES.
I LOVE THESE BELTS
THESE SUPER COOL BELTS COME IN A NEAT PLASTIC BOX AS WELL FOR SAFE AND EASY STORAGE.
SWITCH BELTS
Switch belts are made out of a thermoplastic resin (TPR). the thermoplastic resin is an Eco-friendly plastic which is biodegradable.
The buckles are made of a polycarbonate (PC) plastic. Polycarbonate is a high performance plastic though, and transparent. This plastic is good in temps from -40″F to 280″F. So if you are exploring the arctic glaciers or flying too close to the sun, the buckle will retain its shape.
Why Plastic?
The benefits of using plastics to make Switch belts are many. First, the belt does not absorb moisture. Think how many times you’ve played in the summer of Atlanta or Florida, and your sweat has soaked through your leather belt. Not pleasant. Won’t happen with a Switch belt. And think about how those leather belts crack, fray and wear over time. Won’t happen with a Switch belt.
Perhaps the coolest benefit is how the belt is cleaned. How hard is it to clean leather belts when they become dirty? They soak in the moisture and dirt, and it seems nearly impossible to get that dirt out. With Switch belts, you can wipe them down with water or even better, run them in the dish washer with last night’s lasagna dishes.
One Size
Switch belts are all 44 inches out of the box. The user cuts the belt to his/her own size. I can’t tell you how great this is. I have many belts which have holes seemingly in the perfectly wrong place. One hole is too tight and the other too loose. With my Switch belts, I’ve cut them to the perfect size and perfect comfort level. Well played.
Colors
There are 14 different colors of belt and 14 colors of buckles. The belts and buckles can be interchanged. That makes a total of 196 color combinations between belt and buckle.

Insulated Polar Bottles
I LOVE POLAR INSULATED BOTTLES
These are my favorite. Remember when I said Polar had stuck true to their original concept and design? This is it. It’s very simple, very inexpensive, and does everything you need it to do. Well,
we recieved two samples in the mail. Both bottles are insulated, BPA, Phthalate, and D/D-free, dishwasher-safe, made in America, and recyclable.
Bottle #1: The original 24-ounce Insulated Sport is a squirt bottle.
They come in many of sizes and designs. These bottles are double walled, insulated/vacuum, plus a foil layer on the outside to reflect the sun – in short, they’ve gone to great lengths to keep what’s inside cold – for which it does an excellent job.
The top has a large, wide mouth which makes it easy to fill with ice, even from my fridge’s ice dispenser.
Once again, a huge benefit of these bottles is that they are completely dishwasher safe with no problems and, again, the valve can be completely disassembled for added cleanliness.
A feature that I really like about these is that they are also freezer safe: allowing you to
a. keep the empty bottle in the freezer and then fill it with cold water to keep the water even colder for short runs,
b. fill the bottle about half way, freeze it, then fill the rest of the bottle with water and allow the ice to super cool your water + melt slowly and refill your bottle, or
c. I even tried filling the bottle full and freezing the entire thing over night with no problems – no cracking, breaking, busted valves, nothing. This allowed me to take the bottle with me on a long outing (heat index of 99 degrees here right now) and allow it to very slowly melt and have cool water the entire day
For anecdotal findings, I found that if I did not freeze the bottle and instead just pulled it out of the dishwasher, filled it a 1/3 of the way with ice, then filled it with tap water, the water remain cold for me for about 2 ½ hours in 90+ degree heat. So 2 ½ hours is your worst case scenario base line and you can build up (more ice, freeze the bottle, freeze the bottles contents, etc.) from there.
Bottle #2: The Ergo “insulated lifestyle bottle” purports to keep cold liquids cold and hot liquids hot. So far, it’s worked. I’ve gotten into the habit of filling the bottle with water and putting it in the freezer an hour or so before hot class, and lo and behold, the water stays colder than anything I’ve used previously. Granted I’ve never before used an insulated bottle of any kind. But, now that I’ve experienced the simple joy of cold water in class, I’m into it.
However, the real Bottle News here is the Ergo’s Half Twist cap. Maybe because I’ve never been a real cyclist, or because I’ve usually used Nalgene bottles, I don’t really dig the squirt/suck species of bottle. The Half Twist cap solves the (first-world) problem of combining an insulated bottle with a non-squirt liquid delivery system. With the Half Twist top, a counterclockwise turn of the cap unseals the bottle so you can drink from either of two openings, while the other allows air to flow for smooth drinking. A half turn clockwise re-seals the deal. The bottle does not leak

ALPHABET PHOTOGRAPHY INC
Alphabet Photography
where you can create your own perfect piece of art.
I love the beautiful frame that held my designs that I chose. I wanted something for myself and my other half, so the best way to showcase us was with both of our nick-names (Tim and Dee) and a heart to separate the two names.
I love the unique letters all are pictures from around the world. That is amazing. Your name could have so many cool places in it.
I really like the more low key designs for my name that is pretty much my personality, while Tim is more flashy and loves to be the life of the party.
Here is some information on the company
* Some Celebrity fans of Official Alphabet Photography include: Nelly Furtado; John Schneider; Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Drew Barrymore, just to name a few. Now thats pretty cool. Don't you think?

Mary Kay beauty items
When I first started wearing makeup the products I used were from Mary Kay. I feel like you probably start out wearing products that your mom wears or at least back in day that is what we usually did. Yikes! I will try not to age myself but who am I kidding I have been wearing makeup for right around 10 years. Even though it was probably just lip gloss and powder in the beginning. ;) I remember going to Mary Kay parties with my mom and finally getting to pick out a few of my own for the first time.
I will admit I haven't tried out any new Mary Kay products in a long while so I was excited to be able to be apart of Influenster's Glamour Look Voxbox. My initial impression, wow they have stepped up their game.
Here are the things that came in the Starlet On-The-Go Kit:
(plus suggested retail prices)
Mary Kay Lash Love Lengthening - I Heart Black - $15.00
Mary Kay Cream Eye Color - Violet Storm - $22.00
Mary Kay Cream Eye Color/Concealer Brush - $10.00
Mary Kay True Dimensions Lip Stick - Pink Cherie - $18.00
Mary Kay Lash Primer - $15.00
My thoughts on the products:
Mascara: I really liked this mascara. It went on smoothly with no clumping. It also does as it says, it made them look extra long. The brush shape is nice too. It is thicker in the middle and thinner on the edges allowing me to get to all my lashes without smearing it all around and having to really be super careful. If you are looking for a new mascara I give this one a thumbs up.
Cream Eye Color: Cream eye colors have been one of my favorite products for the past couple of years and Mary Kay has a great one. It went on like butter and super easy to blend out. It dried quick but not too quick that you couldn't blend the product and after a smudge test didn't budge at all. They have 9 colors to choose from and I think they are pretty much all shimmer colors. If you are not into shimmer these may not be the product for you. If you are a purple wearer the violet storm is gorgeous! I give the cream color eye shadows 2 thumbs up and I will definitely be checking out more of these.
Cream Eye Brush: This brush is really well made. When I first saw it I was like, "they want me to put cream eye shadow on with that" but it went on great. It surprised me to say the least. I thought it was going to be a clingy, hard to apply mess with this brush. The brush is a little firm but overall a great cream shadow brush.
Lip Stick: This would probably be a con for some people because it could be annoying but the lipstick snaps into the lid. I actually love it. Once I figured out how to open it I thought the concept was great. It prevents your lipstick lid from sliding off while in your bag. Which can easily happen. The pink Cherie is a super pretty color. It was moisturizing which was great and didn't leave any sticky residue. They have 10 shades in this true dimensions collection.
Overall I really liked all of these products. I wasn't overly impressed with the lash primer but to be honest I'm not overly impressed with any lash primer. The only cons I have with the eye color and lip stick is the prices. There are some great drugstore dupes to these products that cost 50% less. I would give all of these products as a whole 4 stars. The products are great but the pricing is a little expensive. However, you can usually get some pretty good discounts at Mary Kay parties to makeup for the expense. No pun intended. ;)

BIG JOE DORM CHAIR
OUR BIG JOE DORM CHAIR IN ZEBRA
PERFECT FOR SMALL SPACES
GREAT FOR THAT QUIET READING/STUDY CORNER
GREAT BUILT IN STORAGE SPOTS
VERY EASY TO CARRY
I’ve recently was able to review the BIG JOE DORM CHAIR by COMFORT RESEARCH ! I’ll start with the Big Joe Dorm Chair is
AWESOME! It comes in handy for many things, one it’s a chair that has
room to put things like your remote and a drink in while you sit. It
comes in handy if you have a smaller place and not a lot of cash to get a bunch of couches and chairs. Perfect for college students living in a dorm.
It’s not just nice if you have a smaller place though, we have a bigger
place, but we always could use more seating. My 8 year old daughter
LOVES this chair! The chair is like a bean bag chair but
well, shaped like a chair instead of more like a ball. The fabric on
the outside of the chair is also MUCH more durable than typical bean bag
chairs! This chair can be used for toddlers, but not really made for
them. It’s meant to hold adults and the chair really
holds up! The chair that I received is zebra print. It has a handle on
the back- making it easier to carry around when you would like to move
it! Chair is easily cleaned- if you spill something it isn’t going to
soak in and ruin your chair! This chair would also be perfect for
bedroom that you don’t want to get some big bulky chair just to have a
place to sit down! I’d recommend this chair and the company! They have a
LOT more awesome products available AND coming soon! Their products are
also made in America for reasonable prices! The dorm chairs come in
Stretch Limo Black, Zebra, Limeanade (green), Patriot Blue, Pinkini, and Monumental Grey.
ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN. I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT FREE FOR MY REVIEW.

KIDZ GEAR
Have you seen the coolest new kids headset? Well, I recently had the chance to review one. It is called the KIDZGEAR KIDZ CONTROL VOLUME LIMIT COLOR HEADPHONES FOR KIDS
I chose the color orange because that is Ethan's favorite color. He was so excited when he saw the picture of the little boy on the box, he just knew that what was in the package was his. I opened the box which was very easy and attached the headphones to my touch mp3 player and Ethan was off and zooming around the house to all of his disney songs. I am so happy with the wonderful design of these headphone, I DO NOT have to worry about him hurting his small ears with loud music as these headphone have build it volume control for kids. How perfect is that?
Here is Ethan finally stopping so I can get some pictures of him modeling his KIDZGEAR HEADPHONES
These headphones made a super happy kid
Would you like to purchase your own kidzgear headphones? Check out their WEBSITE
